We examine your management system against the standard, before the certification body does.

The engagement is a full internal audit conducted to the same methodology and evidentiary threshold an external auditor applies. We work through each clause of the applicable standard, whether that is ISO 9001 (Quality), 14001 (Environmental), 45001 (Safety), 27001 (Information Security), or an integrated system, and we test documented process against operating practice. Where the two diverge, we record it: the requirement, the evidence examined, the gap, and its classification as a major or minor non-conformance or an opportunity for improvement. Interviews with process owners, review of records and objective evidence, and verification against the clause form the basis of every finding. Nothing is asserted that cannot be substantiated.

The clause 9.3 review, conducted and evidenced.

Management review is a mandated input to certification and among the first records an auditor requests. We convene and facilitate the review with your leadership team, working through the full set of required inputs. These include audit results, non-conformities and corrective actions, performance against objectives, feedback and complaints, changes in context and risk, and the status of prior actions. We then document the outputs the clause requires: decisions on improvement, resource needs, and any change to the system. You are not left to reconstruct a meeting after the fact, or to assemble minutes to a template you are unsure of.

Findings, ordered by priority.

A finding has value only when it directs action. We take every item raised in the audit and convert it into a defined corrective step: what to address, why it matters against the clause, and the order in which it should be resolved. Priority is set by materiality. Items that would attract a major non-conformance at surveillance are separated from those that are minor or discretionary, so your team applies effort where the consequence is greatest and is not left weighing thirty findings of apparently equal weight. Each recommendation is specific enough to action without further interpretation.
